Roku’s revenge — This Japanese inspired cocktail consists of Japanese Roku
Gin, Japanese plum wine and mandarin syrup.
Naughty Nancy — This cheeky number consists of mango, passion fruit, dark
rum, Malibu and then topped with white chocolate foam giving you all those summer
Necromancer — This dark as night negroni is a combination of gin that has
been aged in a bourbon barrel, grapefruit Campari and sweet vermouth.
Crime of Passion — Passion fruit, caramel liquor, Vanilla vodka and pineapple
shrub all mixed together to create a flavor explosion
Tutti fruitti — Consisting of vodka, St Germain, grapefruit syrup and topped
with sparkling wine perfect for those summer sessions.
The Lycheeky — Lychee infused vodka, ginger liquor, Lychee and ginger syrup
finished off with a ginger salt rim.
Cult Figure — Cargo cult spiced rum, sour pineapple shrub, spiced maple
syrup and citrus. It’s a sour worth following.
